Closing Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry
  • Degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in a management position
  • Encompass Software experience – 3 years minimum
  • Experience and understanding of TRID and mortgage compliance
  • Background in the title industry is preferable

Department Responsibilities

  • Trains the staff to be knowledgeable in compliance regarding their areas of responsibility in the disclosure process
  • Efficient pipeline management for the department as a whole
  • Implement policies and procedures put in place by Upper Management

Jr. Processor

Required Qualifications:

  • Detail Oriented
  • Multi-Tasking
  • Organizational Skills
  • Able to Meet Deadlines
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Work in Fast-paced Environment

Department Responsibilities

  • Phone and Email Correspondence
  • Application of the Company Software
  • Setting Up a Complete Mortgage Loan File
  • Review Disclosures and documents for accuracy
  • Order Tax Transcripts, Homeowner’s Insurance, Employment Verification and Title, Etc.
  • Follow up on ordered items to ensure received in a timely manner
  • Assisting Sr. Processor with required items

Underwriting Manager

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years underwriting experience
  • 3+ years management experience preferred
  • 1 year minimum experience with Encompass
  • Experience with correspondent lending and also selling to agencies
  • AUS System experience (DU, LP, GUS, etc.); clear ability to interpret AUS findings and adhere to the AUS requirements for each file
  • Diverse product knowledge preferred

Department Responsibilities
